You will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of "Concealed Carry and Home Defense" using the email that will be sent to you after you register. It covers all of the course contents and lots of information to continue your education. However, I will have a limited supply of books to purchase the day of class at a discounted rate ($25).
Wear boots or sneakers. No low cut shirts or open toed shoes please.
Cancellation Policy: Payment is non-refundable. If notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, class fee can be transferred to another class within 90 days.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.

This class will be at Bob's Gun Shop, 746 Granby Street, Norfolk VA 23510 ( $10 Range fee due day of class paid via PayPal). Gun rental available for a fee if you do not yet have a personal firearm. Disclaimer: Although VA does not require range shooting to qualify for a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit, DJr Empowerment Group, LLC DOES require that you show proficiency with a firearm (5 rounds on paper @ 7 yards) at the range before your certificate will be issued.
