My Biography
Welcome to Blue Line Tactical, where we empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for responsible firearm ownership and personal safety. Owned and operated by a NRA and USCCA certified firearms instructor, US Army veteran, and former law enforcement officer husband alongside registered nurse and paramedic wife. Our training programs are designed to provide comprehensive education in firearms safety, tactical proficiency, and basic emergency medical response.
We specialize in concealed carry permit courses, ensuring our students understand the laws and best practices for responsible concealed carry. Our tactical firearms training sessions are tailored for all skill levels, focusing on effective techniques and situational awareness.
In addition to firearms training, we offer the ACS Stop the Bleed course, AHA Basic Life Support certification, and commercial and residential security evaluations and training equipping our clients with essential life-saving skills and security preparedness.

Please purchase a copy of Concealed Carry and Home Defense using the email that will be sent to you after you register. It covers all of the course contents and lots of information to continue your education. I will have a limited supply of books to purchase the day of class.
Cancellation Policy: Payment is non-refundable. If notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, class fee can be transferred to another class within 90 days one time only. Students that "no show", without contacting the instructor prior to class, will forfeit their class fee funds. Class does have a minimum number of students, if for some reason a class does not reach its minimum, registered students will be allowed to pick a different class date.
Real estate agents face a high risk of violent encounters in the workplace, more so than many other professions. Which is why the USCCA has developed a highly specific Mini-Class to address this reality. WHAT REAL ESTATE AGENTS WILL LEARN THROUGH THE 55 MINUTE REAL ESTATE AGENT SAFETY & SELF-DEFENSE MINI-CLASS: - How to identify job-related activities that put agents at risk of an attack. - Situational Awareness: Teach students the finer points of tuning into their environment, helping them avoid a potentially violent encounter. - Commonly used cell phone safety features and apps that can be used to keep agents safe.
Developing a personal & home protection plan is a key component of not only preparing for how we should (or might) react if confronted by a violent crime, but also how we might avoid violent crime in the first place. Within this class, we will explain why developing a protection plan is about much more than becoming proficient with a firearm or writing up a home invasion plan. It’s a plan that must encompass awareness, avoidance, and preparation, so that we’re less likely to find ourselves in a situation where we have no other option than to use our firearm, rather than more likely.
This course meets all requirements of the Maryland State Police for obtaining your wear and carry permit.
