My Biography

I've taken my 20+ years experience of teaching pilates and fitness to firearms. As a certified pilates instructor and now certified USCCA firearms instructor, I get to take my passion of teaching and fitness and expand that into firearms training, helping and guiding women specifically. I'm getting into USPSA competitive shooting; working towards my USCCA defensive pistol instructor certification along with working alongside and being mentored by my husband, Mike Pannone. It's a family lifestyle, joy and a privilege to help equip and empower women to embody greater fortitude through firearms training.
