My Biography
I am a former military aircraft weapons technician and aerial gunner with 20+ years of military experience instructing on the operation and maintenance of large weapons to include 105 MM , 40MM, 20MM along with crew served weapons such as the .50 caliber machine gun, the 7.62 minigun, the M60 machine gun, and the M240 machine gun. I am certified by the NRA as a range safety officer and instructor to include the Refuse to be a Victim seminar. I am certified by the USCCA to teach most courses available by the USCCA. I am also certified by the Kansas Attorney General's Office to teach the Concealed Carry License course.

This is a 2 hour seminar in the classroom only. Students will be taught the basic rules of gun safety for many different types of guns to include pistols, revolvers, shotguns, and rifles. Students will be able to understand the basic operation of all these types of firearms. Students will experience handling many different types of firearms which is designed to increase knowledge and confidence with regards to basic firearm safety rules.
Treating Gunshot Injuries
This is a mini class covering the second portion of the Counter the Mass Shooter Threat.
This lesson explains what physical and mental reactions may occur when a human undergoes extreme stress, such as during an incident involving deadly force. It also explains what you should do immediately after using force to defend yourself. Also, when law enforcement arrives, it is crucial that you conduct yourself in the correct manner and prepare yourself for the consequences, even when you are in the right. This lesson is just one of 8 in the total series of Conceal Carry Home Defense Fundamentals courses offered by the USCCA and Vigilant Firearms Training.
