My Biography
Small Arms Tactics is owned and operated by Army Combat Veteran Jamaal Crichlow Sr. With over 27 years of dedicated service in the United States Army — and still actively serving — Jamaal brings extensive real-world experience, leadership, and tactical knowledge to every training session.
His weapons background includes a unique blend of infantry, defense contracting, and Department of Justice law enforcement. Since 2008, Jamaal has served as a Small Arms Instructor for the U.S. Army, training soldiers in advanced firearm handling, safety, and marksmanship.
He also spent two years as the Lead Weapons Instructor for the Air Force Air Advisor Academy, providing mission-critical weapons and tactical instruction to Air Force personnel. In addition, Jamaal worked with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Federal Correctional Officer and member of the Special Operations Response Team (SORT), where he also served as a firearms instructor.
