My Biography
Welcome, my name is Raven, and I am dedicated to promoting safety and security.
I specialize in enhancing situational awareness and fostering discussions on self-defense within family and group settings to ensure everyone is well-informed on how to respond in emergency situations.
I hold a Master's Degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Criminal Behavior from Wilmington University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University. My previous role as a 911 Dispatcher for the City of Myrtle Beach has provided me with a unique perspective and expertise in safety education.
I offer private classes focused on basic handgun training in a classroom setting. Additionally, I provide virtual classes tailored to accommodate those on second and third shifts. For inquiries regarding these services, please contact me via email.
Please note, I am not currently providing training for concealed carry permits.
I also have a merch store located here.

I also recommend checking out my author page, as I am turning all of this knowledge into writing fictional novels for people to learn a little while enjoying the entertainment of a good thriller suspense novel. https://ravenrisingbooks.com/

Developing a personal & home protection plan is a key component of not only preparing for how we should (or might) react if confronted by a violent crime, but also how we might avoid violent crime in the first place. Within this lesson, Michael Martin explains that developing a protection plan is about much more than becoming proficient with a firearm or writing up a home invasion plan. It’s a plan that must encompass awareness, avoidance, and preparation, so that we’re less likely to find ourselves in a situation where we have no other option than to use our firearm, rather than more likely
