My Biography
I’m Larry Brown, owner of Lion’s Den Tactical, LLC. I feel that it is important that we exercise our 2nd amendment right and learn how to do it safely. If you are new to firearms, have a firearm but want to learn more, or have kids and want to be safe with them and have them learn, I am here to help. I am a patient instructor who will make sure the environment is safe for learners of all ages. While firearms are a serious matter, I am committed to an educational environment that is interactive and fun. I am a member of USCCA, the Bass Reeves Gun Club (BRGC), and the National African American Gun Association (NAAGA). Past reviews can be seen from my personal instructor page.

The Utah Concealed Carry Permit Course allows a Utah resident or non-resident to obtain Concealed Firearms Permit from the state of Utah. Specifically for the state of Georgia, residents must have the Georgia Weapons Carry Permit to be able to obtain the Utah CFP. This course will take you through the minimum required training for the state of Utah for those wishing to apply for the Utah CFP. At the end of this course, students’ application will be certified as completed and be able to apply for the Utah CFP.

AR-15 Tactics I recaps students on the proper use of the safety and reloads from AR-15 Fundamentals. Then we will work clearing malfunctions, the different shooting positions, engaging from cover and on the move, and transitions. You will get on the ground and kneel so dress accordingly.
