Firing Line Instructor

This class is meant for those wishing to carry a firearm in Florida and will have the option to apply for a Florida Concealed Carry Permit. this class is for both residents and non residents of Florida. Taught by Rob who has been teaching varations of these classes for 29 years. No one has ever fallen asleep in these classes and all leave both entertained and informed. This class is a personal protection concealed course. IT is a slightly different format that covers more than just the laws of carry. During the class, Florida state laws will be addressed - After the class, students will have a firm understanding of what you can and can't do in the state of Florida. We also go over some home defense techniques and cover different firearms and methods of concealment. And the USCCA insurance and why you need it. This class runs 3 hours and includes a free range visit that must be used prior to the start of the class Just stop in anytime between sign up and your class for a free range time. We will supply a gun and 10 rounds if you do not have one.
There are no refunds on classes but if something comes up and you can not make it- you may reschedule 3 times within one year.

The basics of handgun ownership and use. We will cover the differences between types of handguns, legal storage, maintenance required, as well as firearm safety and shooting on the range. This course is an intro to firearm basics and can be taken with use of our gun our your own

This course is for those who want to up their shooting proficiency and step into competitive shooting and practical shooting experience such as running with a firearm, transitioning between reactionary targets and speed improvement. Learning types of malfunctions and drawing firearms from holster.

Improve your accuracy continue your education. You will learn your gun and improve muscle memory for fast target transitioning and tighter groups for competition and defense. Learn sighted and unsighted firing. You will unlearn any bad habits you may have picked up and be on your way to being a marksmen. Nearly private class. You will all be working on what you need to adress to become a better shooter. We will cover some malfunctions and improve accuracy and speed in trasitioning targets. Learn common malfunctions and how to clear them. Use dirlls to simulate higher stress and see how you perform under pressure. This is the next step after learning to shoot or after shooting a while and want to improve your ability. This class prequalifies you for the practical shooting course where we move around and shoot. This calss has some classroom intruction time but most of the 2 hours is on the range

Class for women taught by a woman. Women not only learn differently but have different needs for what they want to learn and how they do things differently. Not only different from men but different among women. We will cover differences between firearms, safety, shooting, and firearm- self defense principles

Learn to prevent and/or quickly end situations that could lead to mass casualties what to look for in suspiscious persons to prevent active shooters, what happens after an active shooter situation, How to end active shooters.

Learn defensive shooting techniques and have one hour instructed range time.

Women's only Basic handgun fundamentals. Learn what you need to safely fire a handgun and be able to come to the range with confidence to practice. We will learn differences between firearms, as well as grip stance and safety as well as storage.

Class will consist of moving while shooting in a safe controlled environment
