My Biography
David started his shooting career at age of eight with his neighbor’s 22LR revolver, under his direction. Soon his experiences expanded to other calibers, rifles, and shotguns. His most extensive training was by the United States Marine Corps and a Law Enforcement agency.
He shot competition skeet for numerous years and was an ardent hunter of upland and waterfowl. Additionally, he enjoyed firing the Police Practical Course with a Colt Python 4 inch and an USMC standard issue Colt 1911.
David has worked with countless individuals over the course of 40 plus years on a personal basis to develop them into better shooters. He believes that exclusive training with the student maximizes their time, efficiency, and investment towards their development of firearm safety and effectiveness.

What the Student will learn:
Skills for Novice Hand Gunning 101, is a three (3) hour live fire development course at our private range. The student will work individually with the Instructor, focusing on establishing and strengthening proper fundamentals. Identifying old habits and instilling new practices to build upon in the future.
The design of this course is for anyone who owns or carries a weapon. Often used as a concealed carry refresher.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will have a greater confidence level with your firearm and its abilities in your control. The student will develop their core-based objective of individual shooting technique.
What the Student will learn:
Skill Building in Hand Gunning 102, is a three (3) hour live fire development course at our private range. The student will work individually with the Instructor, focusing on establishing and strengthening proper fundamentals for multiple fire strings. Identifying old habits and instilling new practices to build upon in the future.
The design of this course is for anyone who successfully completed Skill Building in Hand Gunning 101, prior Law Enforcement, or Military. It builds upon the earlier course for those who desire to establish and expand on a solid foundation for efficiency of firing multiple shot strings accurately and timely.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will have a greater confidence level with your firearm and your abilities of shooting multiple rounds to hit your target. The student will develop greater precision and speed to their core-based objective of individual shooting technique.
What the Student will Learn:
During this two (2) hour course the student will learn to safely disassemble and reassembly of their own weapon. They will become familiar with the components of their cleaning kit and its process. In addition to a few tried and true proven methods used for over 25 years not found in your cleaning kit directions. This will allow the graduate to clean and lubricate their weapon and keep it to function in a safe and dependable manner, especially if needed.
What the Student will learn:
Intermediate Skills for Hand Gunning 103, is a four (4) hour course. With one (1) hour inside our classroom and three (3) hours of live fire at our private range. The student will work individually with the Instructor, focusing on establishing and strengthening proper fundamentals for multiple fire strings in a defensive shooting manner. Identifying old habits and instilling new practices to build upon in the future. The design of this course is for anyone who successfully completed Intermediate Skills for Hand Gunning 102. It builds upon the earlier courses for those who desire to establish and expand on a solid foundation for efficiency of defensive shooting firing multiple shot strings accurately and timely. Upon successful completion of this course, you will have a greater confidence level with your firearm and your abilities of defensive shooting multiple strings to hit your target. The student will develop greater precision and speed to their core-based objective of individual shooting technique.

Skills to Master in Hand Gunning 104, is a three (3) hours of live fire at our private range. The student will work individually with the Instructor, focusing on establishing and strengthening proper fundamentals for multiple shot strings in a defensive shooting manner while moving. Identifying old habits and instilling new practices to build upon in the future.
The design of this course is for anyone who successfully completed Intermediate Skills for Hand Gunning 103. Course 104 builds upon the earlier courses for those who desire to establish and expand on their solid foundation for efficiency of defensive shooting with movement and firing multiple shot strings accurately and timely.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will have a greater confidence level with your firearm and your abilities of defensive shooting while moving and engaging multiple targets with multiple shot strings. The student will develop greater precision and speed while adding movement to their core-based objective of individual shooting technique.
Real Estate Agents Safety Course is a two and half (3) hour course in our classroom. The student will recognize the unique aspects of their job that put them at risk of a violent encounter. Help them learn to avoid violent encounters by developing an acute awareness of your surroundings. Show them to differentiate between “looking” and “seeing”, and understand how to detect threat indicators early.
Help Agents recognize the physical and psychological affects you might experience during a dynamic critical incident. Teach them how to employ various defensive strategies to mitigate an unwanted encounter before it escalates. To recognize the defensive options — both armed and unarmed — you can use to help keep you safe. Describe how to treat various traumatic and medical emergencies.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will have a greater confidence level of how to be safe while preforming and excelling in your chosen profession of a Real Estate Professional.
