I'm Brad the Founder and Lead Instructor of CRW Training Group, a company dedicated to providing specialized training in firearms, tactical medicine, and safety for law enforcement, military, and civilians. With 8 years of military experience in the British Armed Forces and a deep-rooted passion for serving and protecting others, I have brought my expertise, passion and commitment to the United States, where I have built a new life and business. As a retired Special forces Medic with extensive experience in combat medicine, security, firearms and threat assessment. I have crafted a company focused on practical, life-saving skills, grounded in realism and precision.

It provides you with all the information needed to be a responsible gun owner and carrier, teaches you the laws and policies behind self defence and reasonable escalation of force. The course will also teach handgun fundamentals such as grip, trigger control, sight alignment and holster draws. Range day will focus on defensive shooting and fundamentals and then the qualifying shoot.

This is the 2-year refresher for those with a NM Concealed Carry License. We will go over any updates or changes to concealed carry and the handbook and do your qualifying shoot, to keep your permit current.

This is a 6-hour level 1 carbine course. This class is a beginner rifle shooting class for the AR-15 platform. If you wish to use a different style of rifle, please email before signing up to confirm. We will focus on perfecting the fundamentals for the majority of the day and focus on diagnosing shooter errors. By the end of the day, each shooter will understand their current skill level and what areas need improvement for their continued training. Our goal is to identify deficiencies and provide the necessary tools for improvement. The class will progress from fundamental skills to multiple target transitions and an introduction to movement.
