My Biography
My name is Quincy Howell Jr. A certified California DOJ, USCCA and NRA firearms instructor and NRA, range safety officer. Our company is based on education and safety first. I have been shooting since the early 90"s I became a instructor, because of my love and passion for firearms, and educating responsible firearm owners to use and safely handle their firearms. I have been very fortunate in my training to team up with retired SWAT members, retired Us Marshals and Border patrol Agents to create a Holistic and performance based training curriculum. For any level shooter. We are a Federal licensed dealer as well and, we can assist you in finding the right firearm for your training, we are family based and kid friendly. BASIC FIREARM TRAINING Firearm Safety, Stance, Proper Grip of Handling Firearms, and Trigger Control and breathing tips. This class is nonrefundable in the event you cannot make it to the class you will be able to reschedule at a later date.
Alpha Culture LLC is hosting a introductory course to educate and inform students of basic firearm safety. This course enables student to take charge of their safety and get the basic knowledge and skills to safely handle or store firearms and ammunition.
This course Satisfies the 4 hour Curriculum for your Arizona and Utah CCW permits. It’s consists of hands-on practical qualifications no requirements to qualify for Arizona or Utah. So you do not need to bring a firearm to this course. This course does not meet California CCW requirements. This course is also non-refundable but you are able to reschedule if unable to make it to the class.FYI Fingerprinting and passport photo is included.
This class will be a seminar about countering a mass, Shooter. We will also be covering how to apply for a CCW permit in California, Arizona, Utah, and a multi-state CCW permit which allows you to carry in 36 additional states outside of California. Assistance in filling out CCW applications will be done in class. We will also let you know how the process starts and ends while being processed. Also, what is expected from you and the sheriffs in their background research. There will be products that we will have on display like a bullet proof plate for your child’s backpack, books, and merchandise for sale. Most importantly we will be going over situational awareness.

CPR/BLS INITIAL COURSE OVERVIEW The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Classroom Course is approximately 4 hours, including skills practice and skills testing. The BLS course has been proven to be the key to resuscitation, per 2021 guidelines. The course is video-enhanced and designed to provide rescuers the ability to recognize and initiate management for several life-threatening emergencies, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use an AED and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. Certificate received upon completion of class.
Alpha Culture LLC is certified by the Riverside County Sheriff's and Los Angeles County and SanDiego County Sheriff's departments CCW units to instruct applicants who apply for California CCW permits. This course meets the requirements under California Penal Code section 26165
Our goal in this course is to provide all of our students with safe gun handling, trigger management, marksmanship, less-lethal solutions, real life scenarios, live fire drills, and understanding of penal codes as they apply to use of force.
Applicants requesting approval for an Initial California CCW Permit from the Riverside,Los Angeles and SanDiego County Sheriff’s Office must complete the full day course and pass the Initial Shooting Qualification for all firearms on their CCW. Students may have a maximum of six firearms listed on their CCW For Riverside Country and three for LA, SanDiego Counties
THIS COURSE IS REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO YOUR APPLICATION WITH THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT. YOU MUST STILL COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS BEFORE OR AFTER COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE.

Mandatory Range requirements: Range fee $25 Handguns to be added to CCW (MAXIMUM OF 6) - There will be a $5 charge for each gun after the first 2. Modifications are not recommended - Red-dot optics are OK Ammunition: 50 rounds minimum for live fire drills and 18 rounds minimum per handgun for qualifications (no steel cased) Holster - Outside or Inside the waistband NO ankle holsters, shoulder holsters, serpa holsters, or pocket holsters Gun Belt - Leather or Nylon 2 Magazines (minimum) Appropriate Range Attire Eye and Ear Protection
Qualification consists of: Firing at distances of yards, that your county requires. Minimum passing score is 70% of rounds fired at each distance must have scored within the 7-ring of the B-27 target. The same scoring and number of rounds fired will be for all additional firearm qualifications.
Upon successful completion of the Shooting Qualification Test, students will be issued a qualification form.

#1To Legally purchase a hand gun in California, you must first obtain a Firearm Safety Certificate.This involves passing a 30 question multiple-answer test on firearm safety. #2 Test and operate different handguns to assess each person's unique preferences. Receive expert advice, and recommendations based on individual needs. #3 Once the individual has selected the handgun that best fits their needs, it can be ordered through our on site firearms dealer (4k Armory.com). Upon successful completion of the Shooting Qualification Test, students will be issued a qualification form.
