Cancellation Policy: At Republic Gun Club we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. To ensure a fair and efficient process for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy for our training classes: Cancellation by Participants: More than 48 hours before the start date: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the class start date are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Less than 48 hours before the start date: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded or applied toward a future training session. No-show or same-day cancellations: Participants who do not attend the class or cancel on the day of the session will forfeit the full class fee. Rescheduling: Participants wishing to reschedule their training class must notify us at least 48 hours before the class start date to avoid penalties. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the class will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Cancellation by Republic Gun Club: In the event that a training class is canceled by Republic Gun Club due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrollment), all participants will be notified as soon as possible. Full refunds or the option to reschedule the class will be provided. Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 7 business days following the cancellation. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.
