What You'll Learn
Online Texas DPS License to Carry Certification is the quickest, easiest way to get your TEXAS license to carry. In just 4 short hours you can take our online course, written exam and print out your Texas LTC-101 certificate of training. You may also take as long as you want, at your own pace. You may logout and login at your convenience, you'll pick right back up where you left off. Once you have completed the online course, all you have to do is come out to one of the already planned safety and proficiency classes to complete the proficiency test to have fulfilled all of your requirements for the certification. Once you have applied for the State of Texas License to Carry, you’ll be able to upload the signed LTC-101 showing completion of the course.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Texas Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals
In this course you will learn about the main topics pertaining to the carrying of handguns in the state of Texas. The overall objective of this course is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders. Before attending the in-person class, you must complete the assigned eLearning accessible through your USCCA dashboard.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Students are required to pass the written online test prior to coming to perform their proficiency test.
