What You'll Learn
Become EmpoweRED to be your own first line of self-defense.
You win every fight you do not get in. In the criminal attack cycle, the actual attack is the last 10%; learn how to control the first 90% and prevent yourself from becoming a soft target victim. This 2 hour class will cover the levels of situational awareness, decision making and the attack cycle, and give you tools to improve these and your natural intuition. The class will finish with less lethal self-defense options should you find yourself in the last 10% of the attack cycle, including flashlights, tasers, stun guns, kubatons and pepper spray. *A POM Pepper spray training cannister is included. *NOT subject to Buck & Doe;s Member discounts.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
