What You'll Learn
Defensive Pistol 2 builds on the foundational skills developed in DP1 and introduces the practical skills needed to carry and use a handgun for the protection of yourself and your loved ones. This 4-hour class takes place entirely on the range and focuses on the manipulations required for everyday carry. Students will learn how to safely and efficiently draw from a holster, perform emergency and tactical reloads, execute precise trigger manipulation for high-precision shots, and clear common malfunctions. We also introduce cognitive stress into training, requiring students to process what they are seeing and make decisions while employing the firearm. The course concludes with baseline performance testing, giving students a clear understanding of their current skill level and a path forward for continued training. Completion of DP1 is a prerequisite to enrolling in this course
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

Defensive Shooting Fundamentals - Level 1
Over 1 million students have taken the U.S. Concealed Carry Association’s course offerings across the nation. The Defensive Shooting Fundamentals class can be taken by anyone of any skill level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced shooter, you will walk away from this course a better protector of yourself and your loved ones.
You will learn the concept of balancing speed and precision to begin the course, understanding your individual limits, the importance of accurate hits to target, and ability to quickly engage with a target.
