Tanea McClean

Tanea McClean, mother of 3 and founder of Surreal Self Defense. The primary mission of Surreal Self Defense is to teach women how to defend themselves with a firearm or through empty hand self defense techniques, and to instill in each woman that they have the power to defend and protect themselves at anytime, any place, and against any threat with in the guidelines of the law.

Life took me through some experiences that required me to embrace the superwoman inside of me. I began studying techniques for situational awareness, firearms, and self defense which led me to self awareness about my strength, my power, and my courage.

My training began in 2016 for Self Defense and Firearm Safety for personal reasons, and shortly there after I wanted other women to feel the comfort and confidence in being prepared to defend themselves and their loved ones in potentially life threatening situations.
