My Biography
Our instructor team includes law enforcement officers, military veterans, private security professionals, behavioral science experts, and nationally recognized competitive shooters. Our competitive experience includes World and National medalists, multiple Grand Master and Master classifications across USPSA, SCSA, IDPA, and Rimfire disciplines, and decades of instructional experience. This combination of real-world operational experience and elite competitive performance allows us to deliver training that is both practical and performance-driven.

This course is designed for new and developing shooters who want a strong foundation in safe handgun handling and basic marksmanship. Students (women ages 18+) will learn the essential skills needed to confidently and responsibly operate a handgun in a controlled range environment.
Equipment: Students may bring their own handgun, or rentals are available. There is no ammo minimum, nor are students required to shoot. Eye and ear protection required on the firing range (available on site).
Learn essential rifle safety, handling, and shooting fundamentals with practical skills designed to improve confidence, accuracy, and defensive readiness.
Required Equipment: Rifle, 3+ magazines, 200 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection, and appropriate range attire.

Looking for personalized instruction? Our private lessons are tailored to your skill level and goals, whether you’re brand new to firearms or refining advanced techniques. Work one-on-one with a certified instructor at your pace in a safe, supportive environment.
Take take lessons anytime from Monday-Saturday from 9am-4pm & Sundays 12-4pm. Lessons are $75 per person per hour and include range time (normally $20). If you don’t have your own gear you can borrow eye and ear protection for no charge. We waive the rental firearm fee if you don’t have your own gun. If you use our guns, we do require you purchase our ammo so we know what is being used in them to keep them in working order. Prices on ammo are posted on the wall on the office and vary on caliber. Lessons are custom to your needs, so as a beginner, we will start with educating on safety rules and then what your needs are (home defense, handgun permit, competition shooting, etc).

In this course, you’ll learn the basics of popular competition formats (USPSA, IDPA, Steel Challenge, etc.), how to safely navigate a course of fire, gear selection and setup tips, stage strategy, scoring, and match etiquette, live-fire drills that simulate real match scenarios.
Required Equipment: A reliable handgun, holster, magazines, eye and ear protection, and 150–200 rounds of ammunition.
To qualify for a Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit, students must attend and pass a 6-hour minimum certified course covering handgun safety, carry laws, use of deadly force, and legal liabilities. Graduates receive the certification needed to apply for the permit.

Required Equipment: A handgun, 50 rounds of ammunition, ID, safety gear, and appropriate clothing. Pack snacks/lunch. Handguns and ammo are available for rent or purchase at the range.

Youth need safe, supervised instruction whenever they might encounter firearms—at home, with family, or in recreational shooting. Our course teaches responsible handling, basic marksmanship, and range safety in a controlled, supportive environment. Build confidence, focus, and lifelong safety habits.
Equipment: The course includes a rental .22 LR firearm and ammunition provided. Students are not required to shoot. Eye and ear protection is required on the firing range and is available on site.
Parent Information: Parents are not required to stay for the session, but must sign a range waiver prior to participation.

We’ll delve into the anatomy of an attack, the typical attack cycle, and key pre-attack indicators that can signal danger. Additionally, the course will teach you strategies to avoid looking like a victim, empowering you with the awareness and confidence to stay safe in any environment.
