What You'll Learn

This NAAGA mini class covers handgun safety and marksmanship. If you’re considering owning and/or carrying a firearm for self-defense, it is a great first step!

Topics Covered:

  • Gun safety and accountability
  • Pistol types
  • Selecting and operating handguns safely and effectively
  • Essential marksmanship skills

What to bring:

  • Notebook and a pen
  • Personal firearm and ammunition for the range (You can rent a firearm on site if you do not already own one.)
  • Brimmed hat and closed-toe shoes
  • Eye and ear protection (We will provide them for anyone who does not already have them)
  • Water and snacks

Minimum Age: 21; Waiver will be required.

Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
