What You'll Learn
This Course includes Self-Defense Firearm Basics: Clearing Semi-Automatics and Revolvers, Additional Safety Considerations, Double Action v Single Action, Semi-Automatics and Revolvers Explained, Handgun Sizes & Weights, Pros/Cons of Handgun Options, Ammunition & Ballistic Basics; and (3) Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Explaining Proper Grip, Stance, Sight Picture, Trigger Control and Shot Delivery. This course will include a range qualification with your defense handgun.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded, but students will be offered one reschedule date at instructors discretion.

After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Students will meet at the AlwaysOnDefense office for the classroom portion of this course. We will move to the designated range for the day in order to complete the skills qualification portion of this course. This course is also part of the USCCA basic pistol course and will complete that level of training so students can move up and get ready for the level two course.
