ADVANCED HANDGUN

This course combines the skills and practices gained in our first two courses (or equivalent training) to round out the trainee as an educated firearm owner, buyer, and marksman. The completion of this Advanced Handgun course paves the way to becoming a well-prepared citizen ready for self-defense.
Objectives: • Advanced marksmanship techniques • Holster draw basics • Multi Positions Shooting • Movement with a Handgun • Reloading and Malfunctions • Multi-Threat Engagements

Requirements: o Completed Threat Dynamics Basic and Intermediate Handguns classes, or equivalent training. o Self-Provided Handgun. o Ideally, this handgun is one that the trainee has experience with and is a good fit for the individual. o Subcompact or micro-carry pistols may not be the most ideal handgun for this class to meet the training goals, but this should not be a deterring factor. Call if you have questions about this. o The shooter has demonstrated the ability to shoot approximately 45/50 rounds into an 8” group @ 7 yards. IF you can not do this yet then it is advised to schedule a Private Instruction with one of our Firearms Instructors. Loadout:  200 rounds of ammunition. o Ammo is for sale at the class on-site. Please coordinate this advance and show up a little early to purchase ammo.  Holster and Adequate belt (No leg or drop holster please)  Spare Magazine  Speedloader Water
