What You'll Learn
Avoidance: Use of Deadly Force & Aftermath: Learn when and when not to use deadly force. Learn use of deadly force laws and exactly what to do in the aftermath when you used deadly force. Learn what to say and what not to say to law enforcement. Learn how to protect your rights when you need them the most! Don't become a statistic with a criminal record and be sentenced to time in prison because you said or did something you thought was the right thing but ended up with you being prosecuted.
Cancellation Policy: All students are required to pay for classes in full and in advance to secure their seat in the class. If you do not show up for the class, you forfeit all payments. If you need to cancel and reschedule your seat in the class, you must call or email us within 48 hours minimum prior to your scheduled class date. You will be allowed to reschedule one time for free. There will be a $15 fee charged for students needing to reschedule more than one time. Important! Students must understand that classes might be canceled without notice due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We make every reasonable effort to contact students in advance of canceling any classes. Any reservation canceled will automatically be extended without cost or penalties and students will be rescheduled to the next available class. We do not do refunds once reservations are made. A 3.5% fee will be added to all credit card payments.
