What You'll Learn
Mobility & Stress Management is a low-impact, gentle yoga class designed to improve movement, reduce tension, and support a true mental reset. Through guided mobility work, controlled breathing, and brief meditation, this session helps you move better and think more clearly.
Training under pressure matters. So does learning how to regulate your stress response.
The ability to think clearly in challenging situations isn’t just about skill — it’s also physiological. When your nervous system is overwhelmed, decision-making becomes harder. When it’s regulated, clarity improves.
That’s why we believe performance includes recovery.
Held in our state-of-the-art training facility, this class is accessible to all fitness levels and requires no prior yoga or meditation experience. Whether you are actively training in scenario-based classes or simply looking for a way to move well and manage stress more effectively, this session supports both body and mind.
We take performance seriously. And we believe recovery is part of it.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your registration. For paid classes, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. For free classes, advance notice allows us to offer your spot to another participant.
