    "Thanks for the review, Darrell! As I mentioned in the class, much has changed in the past couple of years both at the stae and federal level. While they are potentially good changes, they also create differences in state and federal recognition of rights. I can be easy to inadvertanly get tripped up. Retaking the complaete basic class may be a prudent choice."
