What You'll Learn
This course is specifically tailored for Real Estate Professionals. The goal of this course is to inform and educate Real Estate Agents on how to stay safe on the job.
Topical areas include:
Recognizing the unique aspects of your job that put you at risk of a violent encounter.
Learn to avoid violent encounters by developing an acute awareness of your surroundings.
Differentiate between “looking” and “seeing,” and understand how to detect threat indicators early.
Recognize the physical and psychological effects you might experience during a dynamic critical incident.
Learn how to employ various defensive strategies to mitigate an unwanted encounter before it escalates.
Recognize the defensive options — both armed and unarmed — you can use to help keep you safe.

Cancellation Policy: Training fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a course, you may transfer to another class date once without losing your tuition. Your request to transfer must be made in writing via email at least fourteen days prior to the class start date. If less than fourteen days, or you are unable to attend a future class, you may give your spot to someone else. If Patriot Training and Consulting is forced to cancel a course for ANY reason, you will be given the choice of moving to another available class date or a full refund. Note: There will be no rebooking or refunds for Guest Instructor courses hosted by Patriot Training or joint courses taught by a Patriot Training instructor and any of the instructors we have teamed with.
