What You'll Learn
This class is designed for individuals who own a firearm and would like a refresher or those who just want a clear understanding of North Carolina gun laws and use of force. Topics include: Where you can and cannot carry Interaction with law enforcement Use of force and self-defense laws Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground This is NOT a North Carolina Concealed Carry course and does NOT provide certification. Stay informed. Carry responsibly.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded. In the event that you cancel less than 48 hours before the class the funds previously paid may be transferred to the next scheduled class of same title. This transfer is only available one time and will be forfeited in the event the second scheduled class is cancelled.
What We'll Teach
Legal Use of Force
In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.
