What You'll Learn
After Concealed Carry gave you the legal and mental foundation — and Fundamental Mastery sharpened your mechanics. Performance Pistol is where you learn to run your gun with confidence, control, and purpose. This class is designed for protectors who want to apply their skills under speed, pressure, and movement while maintaining the discipline and accountability that define responsible training. This course focuses on developing applied performance, including:
Speed, Tactical, and Emergency Reloads — Executing fast, efficient reloads while maintaining awareness, control, and accountability.
Multiple Target Engagement — Driving the eyes, managing transitions, and delivering accurate hits across varied distances and directions.
Moving and Shooting — Learning to shoot while advancing, retreating, and moving laterally, all while maintaining balance and sight discipline.
Throttle Control — Knowing when to push speed and when to slow down — balancing pace, precision, and responsibility.
Trigger Manipulations — Running the trigger with speed and discipline, maintaining accuracy even under increased tempo.
This class isn’t about looking tactical — it’s about becoming capable. Every drill is built on the same mission that guides all of Shepherds Defense Group: Equip the protector. Strengthen the family. Honor the calling.
And we train with the conviction of Nehemiah 4:14:
“…fight for your families…”
Sometimes that means precision. Sometimes it means speed. It always means readiness.
Performance Pistol is where protectors learn to apply their skills with confidence — not recklessly, but responsibly, purposefully, and with the courage to stand ready for those entrusted to them.
