MD–DC Concealed Carry Bundle Course
For Firearms Licensees Only
The Maryland–District of Columbia (MD–DC) Concealed Carry Bundle Course is a comprehensive, compliance-driven training program designed exclusively for current firearms licensees seeking to obtain or maintain non-resident concealed carry credentials in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
This bundled course streamlines the training process by integrating both jurisdictions’ statutory, administrative, and safety requirements into a single, coordinated program. Emphasis is placed on lawful carry, use-of-force standards, transportation rules, prohibited locations, and applicant responsibilities under each jurisdiction’s licensing authority.
Instruction includes:
Maryland Wear & Carry Permit statutory requirements
District of Columbia Concealed Carry laws and MPD standards
Legal boundaries of defensive force and post-incident obligations
Firearms safety, storage, and transport compliance
Mandatory live-fire qualification(s), where applicable
Application readiness and documentation guidance
This course is not introductory firearms training. Participants must already possess a valid firearms license or qualifying credentials and demonstrate safe handling proficiency.
Upon successful completion, students will receive the required training certification(s) necessary to proceed with MD and DC concealed carry license applications, subject to each jurisdiction’s approval process.

Armed professionals and qualified civilians seeking multi-jurisdictional carry compliance
Note: This course is designed to meet regulatory training standards but does not guarantee license issuance. All final determinations remain with the respective licensing authorities.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your interest in joining our upcoming course on Concealed Carry/ Firearms Safety/ Home Defense Fundamentals. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellation Notice: - If you wish to cancel your registration, we kindly request that you provide us with a written notice at least 7 days before the course start date. This will allow us sufficient time to offer your seat to another interested participant. Any notification later than 7 days shall incur a $75.00 surcharge. 2. Refund Policy: - If you cancel your registration within the specified notice period, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees paid, excluding the administrative/application fees. - However, if you fail to provide the required notice or do not attend the course without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. 3. Rescheduling: - In case of unforeseen circumstances, if you are unable to attend the course on the scheduled dates, you may request a one-time rescheduling opportunity. - To be eligible for rescheduling, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days before the course start date. - Rescheduling will be subject to seat availability in future course sessions. 4. Non-transferable: - Please note that course fees are non-transferable to another individual. If you are unable to attend, the registration cannot be transferred to someone else. Presentation of the CCW Certification will only be incumbent upon full remittance of payment, and there are no exceptions. If you do not appear without proper and timely notice on the date(s) displayed, then you will not be refunded. If you need a rescheduled day then you must attend the following day according to the correspondence of the date you've began the class. Class is held every third and fourth Saturday of the month, with a date To Be Announced for Live-Fire Qualifications. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. It allows us to effectively manage our course capacity and ensure the best learning experience for all participants.
