What You'll Learn
This class covers the NRA 3 rules and 4 Universal Safety Rules, operations of Semi-Automatic & Double and Single Action revolvers, different types of ammunition, types of firearm malfunctions and clearing, basic firearm safety, etc. Course is good to apply for licenses from Utah, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Maine, and New Hampshire. Fingerprints will be taken after the class and it counts as 4 hours towards the NY carry license requirement.
It also covers the minimum training curriculum necessary to apply for concealed carry licenses from many states, that are valid throughout the majority of the United States. State license fees are additional and vary according to how many and to which states you apply.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

Self-Defense Firearms Basics
This lesson will introduce you to a wealth of information on different types of self-defense firearms including handguns, home defense shotguns, and the AR-15 platform, where Michael Martin provides easy to understand explanations of the common terms used so frequently. The goal of this lesson is to de-mystify what can sometimes feel like a topic reserved for experts.
