Questions:
One question that keeps coming up is – does NM accept USCCA for CCW Instructor license purposes? The answer is yes. It is not a blanket acceptance, so each instructor will have to submit a syllabus that basically states you are following USCCA courseware and that is acceptable to NM DPS. You will also need to buy instructor firearms insurance before registering with the state. I will be happy to assist with the process if you would like to apply. If you need more experience, we can discuss ways to work on that as well.
Cancellation Policy: Students need to give a 48 hour notice that they need to reschedule the class. We will give the students a year to take the class instead of issuing refunds. If a student does not call or email and does not show up, we will mark it as a “no show.”
