What You'll Learn

Connecticut CCW Qualification: Learn about the requirements and process for obtaining a concealed carry weapon (CCW) permit in Connecticut.

This course satisfies the training requirements for Connecticut State Pistol Permit Qualification, which must consist of no less than the NRA’s Basic Pistol Course and the Connecticut required Training on Safe Storage Of Firearms, Lawful Use Of Firearms, and Lawful Carrying Of Firearms prior to applying.

Prerequisite: Participants must possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit for their respective state and be at least 21 years of age.

Firearm A minimum of two magazines Eye and ear protection Attire consisting of jeans or BDU-style pants (sweatpants, shorts, and open-toed shoes are not permitted)

Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that all payments are non-refundable due to our flexible rescheduling policies. Thank you for your understanding. Participants are required to give a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice if they cannot attend a scheduled class. This is essential for ensuring that your payments can be applied to future training with The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC.

Legal Use of Force

In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.
