Executive Protection Training Course - Basic PPA
The purpose of this Program of Instruction (POI) is designed to provide the student with basic techniques, tactics and skills necessary to successfully perform as a member of a personal security detail (PSD). The STG Executive Protection Training Program is derived from the Israeli concept of ‘Quality over Quantity’. The reality of restrictive financial, logistical and support in the private sector require that personal security details embrace this concept.
Sayeret Training Group (STG) methodology emphasizes the need for a combination of all three elements within a triad to survive in a tactical or hostile environment.
What We'll Teach
Legal Use of Force
In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Students are required to have knowledge/familiarization in the safety & use of firearms specifically the use of the Handgun/Pistol, AR Carbine/Sub gun and all associated gear and equipment.
