INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Incendio's Instructor Development Program provides new instructors targeted ongoing professional development in the art and science of training and education. Each month features two dates to choose from to attend a 1 hour online live seminar for a total of 12 months. Developed by one of the few ATD credentialed firearms instructors in the nation - this program provides a monthly deep dive into the science of learning and performance transfer. The program is adapted from the curriculum, methods, processes and procedures utilized in certifying aviation instructors where skill and knowledge must be mastered and recalled on demand, in high stress, dynamic situations. You will learn the latest in human factors and learning theory, psychological, sociological contributors to learning and performance and more! This program also includes 3 hours of personal coaching and guidance in the development of your business model to help you launch your training programs.
