What You'll Learn
Instructor Development: Led by Brittany Mae of Point Firearms Training, this intensive one-day Instructor Development course is designed for practicing firearms instructors who want to elevate their ability to teach, coach, and evaluate students in both the classroom and on the firing line. Great instructors do far more than deliver information—they create safe, engaging, and effective learning environments that help students succeed. Through guided discussion, practical exercises, and live-fire application, participants will develop stronger instructional techniques, communication skills, coaching methods, range management practices, and student evaluation abilities. Topics include instructor preparation, lesson delivery, safety briefings, demonstrations, coaching and feedback, running an efficient firing line, and conducting effective debriefs. Participants will not simply discuss these concepts—they will actively practice them, leaving with practical tools and increased confidence to deliver a safer, more professional, and more effective training experience for their students.
