Cancellation Policy: We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to be fair while ensuring that our classes remain organized and efficient. Please review the following cancellation policy for our courses: Student Cancellations • 7 or more days prior to class: Students may cancel for a full refund or request to reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge. • 3–6 days prior to class: Students may reschedule one time at no additional charge. Cancellations during this window are eligible for a 50% refund. • Within 48 hours of class / No-shows: No refunds will be issued. Students may request to be placed in a future class at 50% of the course fee. Company Cancellations If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to weather, range availability, instructor emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to: • Transfer into a future class at no additional cost, or • Receive a full refund of the class fee. Late Arrivals Classes begin promptly. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted (instructor's discretion), for safety and training standard reasons, and will be treated as a no-show under this policy. Special Considerations • Students who cannot attend due to verified military orders, medical emergencies, or jury duty may transfer into a future class at no charge. • All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or message) for recordkeeping.
