What You'll Learn
Minnesota statutes for conceal carry will be discussed. We will discuss lethal and non-lethal options, situation awareness, mental preparedness, how to handle a firearm. The aftermath of a defensive shooting and options for legal defense. For the final portion of the class there will be live fire at the range and on completion of the qualifying portion you will receive your signed certificate.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
The fee ($80) for the class includes 25 rounds of ammo and 1 target. You can purchase eye and ear protection from STAY READY! if needed (it is a seperate fee). Each student must pay the range fee upon arriving at the range. The range fee is usually $30. STAY READY! is not in control of range fee.
