At YOLO Firearms Academy, our mission is to deliver comprehensive training that caters to learners of all backgrounds, but especially beginners and those with limited experience. Our class emphasizes understanding firearm safety, handling techniques, and the legal knowledge necessary for concealed carry in Michigan.

One-on-One Attention - Most other CPL classes have you in a large group of 15-30 students. At YOLO, you will experience individual attention with our small class sizes so you can get the training and guidance you absolutely need.

In-Depth, Thorough Instruction - Two hours are spent on pre-range preparation, so you learn the fundamentals of how to shoot BEFORE the live-fire portion. Other classes give you little to no instruction before you shoot. At the range, we provide over a dozen closely guided defensive drills. After the range, we dive deep into both the theory and practice of concealed carry and armed self-defense with a legal segment that encourages discussion and Q&A.

Welcoming for Beginners - No previous experience? Never handled a firearm? Then this is THE course for you! We specialize in guiding beginners who feel a natural sense of fear when they handle a firearm for the first time. Our mission is to help our students to become confident and responsible firearm owners.
