Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. The course is a complete guide to understanding conflict avoidance and situational awareness; home security and home defense; handgun, shotgun and AR-15 basics; shooting fundamentals; the physiology of violent encounters; the legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath); and a complete guide on gear, gadgets, and ongoing training. Must be 18yrs old to attend course, and 21yrs old to apply for the MI CPL.

Skills & Drills are aimed towards current MI CPL holders who are looking to get real-world practice in a safe and friendly environment. This course will be a reoccurring offering and every course will be slightly different! This is a perfect time to get your feet wet with some advanced training without having to dedicate an entire day.

"Calling All Ladies" is a welcoming and engaging safety training class explaining safety fundamentals and guidance of shooting several different firearms to help make a decision in purchasing a firearm to fit your needs and lifestyle. Network with other ladies having fun night out.

The above kit is a "Individual First Aid Trauma Kit", but it is a far cry from most kits that are currently considered IFAKs. Today's IFAK is more of a trauma kit than a first aid kit, and rarely contains band-aids. Instead, it is designed to address immediate life-threats such as exsanguination (bleeding out), airway and breathing issues, hypothermia, etc. While there is no uniform contents list for IFAK kits, they are configured to address the most likely risks and are specific to the training that the person has received. Bleeding is the most common preventable cause of death, both on the battlefield and in civilian life, hence the National "Stop The Bleed" initiative that is underway across the US. Contents for an IFAK kit included!
