My Biography
Carly is a USCCA certified instructor on a mission to empower women to use and be comfortable with self defense and firearms. She believes the right and ability to protect is inherent in all women. Carly is a dedicated sex-positive, feminist business professional with certifications in Mindfulness and Meditation. Having survived personal experiences with sexual and relationship-based violence, she is deeply committed to empowering women by helping them reclaim their strength and confidence. Carly teaches a variety of courses, including mindfulness, meditation, women’s self-defense, and Concealed Pistol License (CPL) classes, along with firearms training and consultations. Her passion lies in guiding women to achieve holistic empowerment by cultivating essential life skills that promote safety, and enhance mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Carly’s approach combines her personal resilience with a deep commitment to helping others build a strong foundation of self-confidence and inner strength.
