"Kelly was a great instructor. The in class portion was run well and he had several great pointers during the range time. Some attendees of the class were somewhat unfamiliar with pistols and by the end of the class Kelly had everyone comfortable and competent to the level that the class is intended for. If you are looking for a CPL class, I would definitely recommend Kelly's."
