This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.

***ATTENTION*** For those that have their own firearm PLEASE keep your firearms in your firearm case inside your vehicles until we go into the shooting range. Laws In Michigan: Without a license, handguns must be unloaded and in a closed case designed for the storage of firearms either in the trunk of the vehicle or for vehicles without a trunk, not readily accessible to the occupants of the vehicle. Shooting Range Details : Action Impact Firearms & Training Center 14855 8 Mile Rd Eastpointe, MI 48021 *****If you don't have your own firearm & ammo you will have the option to rent a firearm at the range for the price of $15. Also , if you are purchasing ammo you will have that option as well for the price of $25.*****
