What the USCCA Constitutional Carry Class Covers
State Specific Laws: Understand your local statutes regarding where and how you can legally carry without a permit.
Use of Force: Learn the four legal requirements for justifiable deadly force and what defines "reasonable use of force".
Conflict De-escalation: Master when to fight and when it is legally and physically better to disengage.
Why Take the Class Even if your state does not require a permit to carry, formal training is highly recommended.
Understanding self-defense law and having a CCW/CPL permit remains highly advantageous.
Reciprocity for Travel: A resident permit allows you to legally carry in other states that require reciprocity.
Avoiding Legal Peril: Knowing exactly when to draw and fire helps you avoid severe legal repercussions.
Comprehensive Safety: USCCA classes offer live-fire and dry-fire exercises to ensure you are capable and confident.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
