Classes at Cedar Rock Firearms Training are intentionally kept small to allow for focused instruction and a comfortable learning environment.

Cancellation Policy: *Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy* *Open Enrollment Course Cancellation Policy* (Applies to publicly scheduled courses with individual student registration) Full tuition is required at the time of registration to reserve a seat in an open enrollment course. Open enrollment classes operate with limited seating capacity, and each registered student occupies a reserved training slot. Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled class date may be rescheduled or applied as a credit toward a future open enrollment course within 90 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled class date are non-refundable. Due to limited class size and the difficulty of filling seats on short notice, rescheduling or training credit may be granted at the instructor’s discretion. Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of all tuition and training credit. Students who arrive late, unprepared, or unable to safely participate may be removed from training without refund or credit at the instructor’s discretion. While these policies establish standard scheduling expectations, individual circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when appropriate. Any exceptions remain solely at the discretion of Cedar Rock Firearms Training. Registration for an open enrollment course constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. *Private Course Cancellation Policy* (Applies to privately scheduled courses reserving exclusive instructor and range time and does not apply to open enrollment classes) Full tuition is required at the time of registration. Once a private registration link is distributed, registration and payment must be completed within 48 hours to secure the booking. If registration is not completed within that timeframe, the reserved training date may be released and made available to other students. Because private courses reserve exclusive instructor time, range availability, and scheduling capacity, the following cancellation terms apply: Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a 50% refund or may be rescheduled one time and applied as a credit toward a future course within 90 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 7 days prior to the scheduled class date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time within 90 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled class date result in forfeiture of all tuition. Credits or rescheduling are not available due to the inability to refill reserved instructional time on short notice. Failure to attend a scheduled private course without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of all payment and training credit. Scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may be evaluated individually; however, any accommodation or exception remains solely at the discretion of Cedar Rock Firearms Training. Registration for a private course constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these cancellation and rescheduling terms. Policy Modifications Cedar Rock Firearms Training reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these cancellation and rescheduling policies at any time. The policy in effect at the time of registration shall govern the scheduled training.
