What You'll Learn
IF YOU ARE A FIRST RESPONDER, LEO, MILITARY, TEACHER, AND/OR SENIOR CITIZEN, REGISTER HERE!!!
THIS IS THE CLASSROOM PORTION REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A MICHIGAN CONCEALED PISTOL LICENSE (CPL). AFTER COMPLETION OF THE CLASSROOM PORTION, YOU MUST QUALIFY AT THE RANGE - SCHEDULED ON A SEPARATE DAY - TO GET YOUR CERTIFICATE TO APPLY FOR A MICHIGAN CPL. If you are a beginner and want to learn how to safely operate a handgun, we also provide a Basic Handgun course.
Students must be signed up no later than 8 pm the night before the class starting. The classroom portion is virtual so the camera must be turned on and only those that have registered for the class are allowed to attend and participate.
Be sure to use your LEGAL first and last name when you register as the certificate must match your ID. Otherwise, there's a $25 service fee to provide a corrected certificate.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least four weeks in advance to receive full (100%) refund. Cancellations of two to three weeks will receive a partial refund (50%) and less than two weeks will not be refunded. If you’re unable to attend the class, you have other options other than canceling such as transferring to a future class or receiving a gift certificate with the credited amount to be used towards a different class or any item in our store. Contact us to discuss your options. If the facility or instructor cancels a class for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Please note: Leave any and all weapons (i.e. firearms, pepper spray, knives, tasers, etc) and ammunition in your vehicle until given instruction by the RSO and instructor. If a weapon(s) is brought into the classroom without prior written consent, you’ll be asked to place it back in your vehicle. If you refuse to follow instructions, law enforcement will be notified and you’ll be removed from the class. No refunds will be issued!
