What You'll Learn
MCL - Section 28.425l states the requirements for renewing your CPL. If it's time to renew your MI CPL, we'll be covering the legal portion virtually and then going to the range to re-qualify on a separate day.
Laptop or phone camera must be turned on in order to verify that the student is fully participating. If anyone that hasn't registered is in the room, the student will be immediately removed and no refunds will be issued if this is the case!
Leave any and all weapons (i.e. firearms, pepper spray, knives, tasers, etc) and ammunition in your vehicle until given instruction by the RSO and instructor.
Bring your handgun and 100 rounds of ammo. We'll only have a limited amount of 22LR and 9mm ammo sold at cost...it's first come, first served.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least four weeks in advance to receive full (100%) refund. Cancellations of two to three weeks will receive a partial refund (50%) and less than two weeks will not be refunded. If you’re unable to attend the class, you have other options other than canceling such as transferring to a future class or receiving a gift certificate with the credited amount to be used towards a different class or any item in our store. Contact us to discuss your options. If the facility or instructor cancels a class for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Please note: Leave any and all weapons (i.e. firearms, pepper spray, knives, tasers, etc) and ammunition in your vehicle until given instruction by the RSO and instructor. If a weapon(s) is brought into the classroom without prior written consent, you’ll be asked to place it back in your vehicle. If you refuse to follow instructions, law enforcement will be notified and you’ll be removed from the class. No refunds will be issued!

Legal Use of Force
In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.
