Cancellation Policy: 21st Century Minuteman Firearms Training Policy on Cancellations/Refunds We are thrilled that you have made a purchase with us!If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase or have just changed your mind here are your options: REFUNDS Because of our solid commitment to providing small classes and our instructors time, we have a strict "no refund" policy on any class. RESCHEDULES 1 Week (or more) Notification You may reschedule one time 100% of your course fee will be applied to the newly scheduled class. 48 hrs (or more) Notification You may reschedule one time 50% of your course fee will be applied to the newly scheduled class. (this is due to some classes having only one student and instructor’s was already scheduled) less than 48 hrs Notification You may reschedule one time 50% of your course fee "may" apply to the newly scheduled class. (at the discretion of the instructor based upon details/reasons for late notification) No-Shows No show status will be assigned if you are not in class by starting time. Once the class starts, instructors will not be checking phones for calls or texts and the doors will already be locked to ensure safe and secure environment (if you are going to be late, you must notify your instructor successfully prior to start time of class) You may reschedule one time 0% of your course fee will apply to the newly scheduled class. (your course fee is surrendered for failure to attend without prior notice) Dispute of a credit card payment will result in a non-refundable $30 dollar fee. (so you are better off resolving cc disputes directly with me)
