Chief Instructor Tunku Rodrigues is the Founder and Executive Director of Global Tactical Safety & Defense (GTSD) and Founder of Global GTSD Academy. A security professional, instructor, author, and security strategist, he specializes in firearms education, advanced security management, organizational safety, situational awareness, emergency preparedness, and protective security.

Rodrigues is a USCCA-certified Firearms Instructor and a security officer instructor authorized by the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission. He is also recognized and authorized to provide firearms instruction and applicable qualification training across multiple states and jurisdictions.

He is the creator of The GLOTAC Protocol™, a proprietary six-pillar security and preparedness framework that helps individuals and organizations recognize threats earlier, identify vulnerabilities, strengthen awareness, prepare intelligently, respond deliberately, and recover more effectively.
