Cancellation Policy: Tier 1 Academy will provide a refund if requested. The refund will be in the amount paid to Tier 1 Academy minus the processing fee of $0.30 + 3.30% of the course cost. A refund will not be given if you attended the entirety of the course, completed the course, or if you did not receive the license(s) that you took our certification course(s) to obtain due to an elapse in time, disapproval for the credential, failure to submit the proper documents, etc. If you have attended our CCW class but only completed the first day of the course and not the second day of the course, but wish to receive a refund, Tier 1 Academy will refund half of the course cost minus the processing fee of $0.30 + 2.9% of the total course cost. If you attended our CCW renewal class, but did not complete the range qualification with us or in a timely manner I.E your Maryland CCW license expired before you could do the range qualification, a refund will not be issued!
