What You'll Learn
This course satisfies Maryland training requirements for MD Handgun Permit (HGP) renewal. If your HGP / concealed carry permit for Maryland is due for renewal this is the training class for you.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class and no-shows will not be refunded.

This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
This training can be done in the 2 years prior to the renewal application. If your permit has already expired, you will need to complete the 16 hour training and submit a new application for permit.
