Registration, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Students may cancel their registration up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled class date and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class date are eligible for a partial refund only. • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. • Students who need to move to a future class date may do so for a $45 rescheduling fee. • Reschedule requests must be submitted before the start of the scheduled class. • Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Fortitude USA. • By registering for this course, students acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policy. Important Class Notes • Students must present a valid government-issued photo ID. • Live-fire qualification is required for Maryland Wear & Carry certification. • Range fees are paid separately unless otherwise stated. • Ammunition is not included unless specifically listed in your registration package. • Students are expected to provide their ammunition for qualification test. • Firearms must arrive unloaded and secured in a case, bag, or locked container. • Rental firearms may be available upon request for an additional fee. • Eye and ear protection are required while on the range. • Closed-toe shoes and appropriate range attire are required. • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all classroom and range requirements. • Application approval is determined solely by the State of Maryland and applicable permitting authorities. • Application assistance is provided to help students navigate the submission process; approval cannot be guaranteed. • Multi-state permit eligibility and reciprocity vary by state and are subject to change. • Students should arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and paperwork.
