What You'll Learn
Conceal carrying a firearm is a big decision and should not be taken lightly. Having a gun every day is a lifestyle change and should be treated as such. This comprehensive class explains the ins and outs of carrying a firearm and the mindset required to do it effectively, efficiently, and safely.
If you are interested in concealing a firearm, this course is paramount to understanding not just the physical aspect of protection but also the mental and financial part. All three realms of protection will ensure your peace of mind if you ever have to deploy your weapon.
This course meets the 16-hour minimum requirement to obtain the W&C Permit for the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia (D.C.). It covers all the material covered in the Maryland HQL course, plus more. The class will be conducted over two days, including the component where the applicant must show competency in gun safety. Each candidate must shoot a course of at least 25 rounds from a distance of no more than 15 yards while maintaining an accuracy rating of at least 70%.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
